This breakfast was inspired by a recipe from #Ottolenghi. I replaced the kohlrabi in his recipe with daikon radish and added extra miso & garlic...because I love these flavors. Delish...thank you Ottolenghi for the ever consistent full-flavored healthy recipes...love them all!
