This recipe was inspired from the cookbook, Clean Slate. I don't often stick to the exact ingredient list, and rarely. measure anything...but this is close.


Flaky White Fish

A flaky white fish rounds out thismealperfectly. I purchased some fish at the Old Town Scottsdale Farmer's Market and the label seems to be lost in my freezer somewhere...wish I could remember what I purchased but it's creamy, light, flaky and delicious after being sautéed in just a little butter and olive oil. It was just my husband and me for dinner tonight so one squash did the trick!
